  • This Hercules™ series high production, highly efficient, horizontal automatic, dual column, CNC table and portal metal cutting band saw
  • Large format machine designed with a moving feed table for extremely heavy or large billet material
  • This band saw utilizes a bi-directional blade and automatic feed control with programmable feed rates
  • Optional accessories are available to customize the machine for specific sawing requirements, including the option for a larger band blade size
  • MAHLER saw control system is used along with a servo-engine system which has the ability to automatically regulate and control the feeding speed of the arm into the cut depending on resistance of the material. This is very useful for cutting profile material
  • The control system displays cutting conditions like band speed, frame down speed and other working positions and accessories. Input and output connections allow for easy attachment of different accessories
  • The hydraulic controls operation the working movements of the frame
  • As an option two positions of horizontal and vertical cutting available. The position of the frame and portal are set and controlled by the control system of the machine
    • The frame is fixed in position for horizontal cutting and the movement of the band into material is provided by portal itself
    • For vertical cutting, the position of the portal is fixed and cut is made by the down movement of the frame
  • An emergency stop is mounted on the control panel to shut down all saw operations
  • Band speeds range 50 - 262 FPM | 15 - 80 MPM
