  • This Hercules™ series high production, highly efficient, horizontal automatic, dual column, CNC table and portal metal cutting band saw
  • Large format machine designed with a traveling column for extremely heavy material, no limit on the weight of the material because the saw traverses the material as it remains on the floor or base surface
  • This band saw utilizes a bi-directional blade and automatic feed control with programmable feed rates
  • Numerous optional accessories are available to customize the machine for specific sawing requirements
  • MAHLER saw control system is used along with a servo-engine system which has the ability to automatically regulate and control the feeding speed of the arm into the cut depending on resistance of the material. This is very useful for cutting profile material
