  • This single pinch hydraulic plate roll is a great roll former that can form 9 gauge | .1495" | 3.797 mm mild steel to a 7" | 178 mm ring on 48" | 1,219 mm forming length
  • Operated entirely by an industrial grade hydraulic system
  • A 2 HP | 1.49 kW, 220V/3 Phase/60 Hz. motor controls the system which runs the movement of the back roll as well as the rolling of all three forming rolls
  • Since all three rolls are driven, this cuts down on forming time that the operator has to spend on each job
  • Once the pinch is set the foot pedal contains forward and reverse pedal as well as buttons to control the up and down movement of the back roll
  • A digital readout is provided to identify the position of the back roll
  • Dual emergency stop cables that are located on both the front and back of the machine for safety
  • The operation is all done on a convenient foot pedestal
  • The control pedestal has foot pedal controls, and houses the buttons for advancing or retracting the back roll position
  • Optional coning attachment for creating conical bends
